CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. YOUR LIABILITY
When you sign the booking form you warrant that you have the authority of all persons who will use the accommodation during the period booked to sign on their behalf and will idemnify the proprietors against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to the accommodation and it’s contents from any act or default by yourself or any person accompanying you.
2. OUR LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for loss,injury or damage suffered by tenants or any member of their party during their stay. Tenants are advised to subscribe to a holiday insurance scheme.
Booking deposit required is £50
All booking applications must be accompanied by either the full cost of the accommodation or the minimum deposit. The deposit is accepted as part payment and the balance should be paid not less than 28 days before the starting date of the holiday. The deposit is normally non-returnable but it will be refunded in the unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable.
4. NON PAYMENT OF FULL CHARGE
Non receipt of the full accommodation charge within 28 day time limit will be treated as a cancellation of the reservation and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Should a client wish to cancel a booking notice should be given in writing. Provided the cancellation is received not less than 28 days before the starting date of the holiday only the deposit will be forfeit. If the cancellation is less than 28 days before the start of the holiday then we will attempt to re-let the accommodation. If successful we will return you rent as well.
6. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The maximum number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number shown on the booking form.
7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The period of hire shall commence at 4pm on the agreed start date and finish at 10am on the agreed date of departure. The accommodation should be left clean and tidy.
